Jim's experience includes working for a New York law firm specializing in estate planning and estate administration following graduation from law school. More recently, he served as a Vice President and Trust Officer for TD Banknorth for nine years, in a similar capacity at U.S. Trust / Bank of America for seven and most recently as a Senior Vice President at Boston Asset Management.

He received his Bachelor's degree cum laude from C.W. Post College of Long Island University and his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review. Jim also has a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies degree from Dartmouth College and he is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute's Trust School at Boston University, earning him the professional designation of Certified Trust Financial Advisor.
